California Interment Safety Association [CISA]

The Cemetery and Mortuary Association of California [CMAC] offers a workers’ compensation insurance program designed for especially for our members and other qualifying businesses. This program is offered through the California Interment Safety Association [CISA].

Membership in CISA is available and extended automatically to CMAC members without annual dues. It is also offered to qualifying businesses with the payment of annual dues. Annual dues for the 2011 year are $100.

This group program is with the State Compensation Insurance Fund and provides the maximum value and stability to participants.

Innovative programs of medical cost containment, fraud prevention and loss control are among the services offered by the State Fund to its policy holders including those participating through CISA.

Additionally, a 6% premium discount is available to all CMAC members.

Along with individual and bonus dividend plans which have benefited our members for several years, these services and discounts can present a substantial savings.
